   打开系统目录\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files，删除其中的所有文件，然后再次打开www.21cn.com，如果要求重启系统则重启，之后就一切正常了！(特别感谢xiaohe找到解决方法)

   在realone文件夹下的setup文件夹中有个.r1pclean的可执行文件，可以删除realone，删除后重新安装一次，就可以正常使用了。
